So with the passage of some time, and the transition to paragon tier, the needs of the world upon adventurers of your caliber has not diminished.  The Adventurer Daily News has replaced your news paper style parchment with a new crystal that when activated displays floating runes that summarize points of interest to your party. They've done some initial tuning but if you require more, or less, adventure leads you can adjust the listing.  Currently the following points of interest are listed:

  • Engaged: Leon Sedgar has become engaged to Leily, daughter of one of the wealthier merchant princes from the southern nation of Minya. The bride's family is insisting that he follow their ancient traditions for the engagement. As a part of the tradition he needs to send an honor guard to their capital city of Noph to do a favor for her family (prove that the guards are capable) and then the honor guard must protect the bride to be and her entourage on it's journey to his lands for the wedding. Leon is offering 10,000 gold for the M7 to be said honor guards.
  • Lake Meteo Investigation: Where the meteor struck in the elven lands has slowly filled in with water becoming a mid sized lake.  The odd thing is that there has not been enough rain or other sources of water draining into the crater to explain where the water came from.  The drow are claiming that they have no clue where the water is coming from either, but the surface elves think they are holding back something.  Any adventurers wanting to investigate are asked to report to the elven consulate for a briefing.
  • Reality Bubbles: Since your discovery that the spell plague was really a massive gate in between realities gone wrong several of the sages that assisted in the research have been revising their theories about some of the phenomenons discovered after the spell plague.  The most interesting of these are little pockets of warped magic that seems to act like a capsule around some areas.  These bubbles vary in size from person sized to that of a small apartment building.  One of the sages that assisted thinks with some components from the elemental chaos he may be able to pop the bubble and reveal whatever was sealed within.  The sage is offering up whatever is in the bubble as reward, he just wants to test his theory.
  • Contact Lost: The dwarven holds are reporting that they have lost contact with some of their deep mining operations.  These frontier outposts were down in the underdark near rich mineral seams.  They have been unable to contact them by magical means and their trade caravans are long over due.  The dwarves are planning on mounting an expedition down to find out what happened.  Any adventurers wanting to participate are asked to report to the dwarven embassy for instructions.
  • Cult Activity on the Rise: Seems like every day there are reports of some crazy cult discovered by adventurers in and around Eideburgh.  The noble have had enough and want someone that can handle tracking down the source of all these cults to investigate.  Most of the parties that run into these cults sword first, loot the bodies, and forget to ask questions.  A reward of 8,000 gold is being offered for an end to the cult infestation.
  • Gate Located: The gate the foulspawn used to launch their invasion into the lands of the old empire has been located.  The nearby druids are planning on sealing the gate, however they need some extra protection against anything coming out of the gate while they cast the ritual to bind and seal it.  Any adventures interested in helping can send an animal messenger to the plains land druids for directions on where to meet.
  • Spelljammer Pilot for Hire: a down on his luck pilot is looking for work.  Recently his spelljammer was hijacked by a group of githyanki raiders. He managed to escape and made his way to Eideburgh.  Anyone wanting to sign on to go reclaim a spelljammer from the githyanki or that has a spelljammer and needs a pilot can ask for Sid at the Broken Bow Tavern.
  • Favor for Ioun: It seems that Ioun has had enough of the Crusaders of Forgotten Lore killing, torturing, and disrupting the peace in her name. Maybe it had something to do with the half dozen libraries they have torched in the past few months, or the dozens of clergy put to the sword. Whatever the reason adventurers willing to storm their fortress in the astral sea are asked to report to any temple of Ioun for more information.

After getting the gate sealed up nice and tight the M7 find the following updates made to their job postings:
  • Engagement: Now offering 12,000 GP
  • Contact Lost: Several parties sent down have also gone missing.  Those that have returned indicate many routes have been washed out or are flooded.  Best initial guess is that there is a gate stuck open to the elemental chaos letting in the water.  All parties returning agree there is no way a caravan could make it through this.  But lightly equipped adventuring teams may still be able to find a way through to the cut off holds.
  • Temple of Melora Raided: A temple of Melora where the elven lands borders the Lake of Eternal Mists has been ransacked.  While it shows signs of battle, no bodies were found and there seems to be very little blood that would indicate that the clergy stationed there were killed.  Elves and people in the surrounding communities have no clue what could have happened to the temple.  No raiders have been operating in the area and no one has come into the surrounding villages for help.  The discovery was made by elders from the near by villages as they came to make their monthly offerings at the temple for continued good fishing and good weather for traders sailing the lake.  When asked for comment the drow ambassador denied any involvement from his people indicating they have enough problems as is without being blamed for missing priests of an inferior god.
